By accessing or using Growth Spurt’s services—including, but not limited to, video creation, editing, and marketing—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and any updates we make. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Growth Spurt provides video marketing services such as UGC videos, blog-to-video conversion, video ads, testimonials, unlimited video editing packages, and more as described on our website. All services are subject to the terms outlined here and in your individual agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete information, content, and feedback as needed. This includes video footage, scripts, branding guidelines, or any required materials. You also warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you supply.

4. Fees, Payment & Refunds

Service fees are as outlined in individual project proposals or our subscription packages (e.g., editing tiers). Full payment or a deposit is required before services begin. Specific refund policies (e.g., money-back guarantee on editing packages) will be documented in individual agreements.

5. Revisions & Turnaround

For video editing packages, unlimited revisions are available within the scope of the project, with turnaround in 1–2 business days. Additional revision requests outside the scope or significant changes may incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you retain all rights to the final deliverables. Growth Spurt retains ownership of underlying templates, designs, and raw editing resources. We may use the final deliverables in our portfolio or marketing unless you request otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information—such as business strategies, pricing, or unpublished content—private unless disclosure is required by law or agreed upon in writing.

8. Warranties & Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality content, but do not guarantee specific outcomes like increased engagement or conversions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Spurt disclaims liability for indirect damages or losses arising from use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services per the terms outlined in the service agreement. Ongoing subscription services can be canceled at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or a notice on our website. Continued use implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
